Peaceful, tranquil, and what a view! Go hiking right outside your camper. Clean bathrooms and the lots were nicely spaced to not feel crowded. Friendly folks. Needs laundry services and was told they are in the works. The WiFi is not the best, but what do you expect in this gem of a location.n100% would return.

We stayed only one night, but we were impressed. The cleanest bathrooms and showers we've ever seen at a campground! The showers do take quarters to operate and a little time to heat up, so bring quarters or buy some from the host. They have firewood available, too. We were tent camping, and our campsite had a nice big tent pad filled with pea gravel (so fine it felt closer to sand) so we didn't have to search for that perfect ground to pitch a tent on. The wind did pick up once or twice, and we were glad we'd been warned of this & advised to anchor the tents as firmly as possible. (But honestly you should always do that.) Our tent site had two shade trees and included a picnic table & a fire ring with a cooking grate. The cabins looked inviting, and everyone with RVs seemed very happy with the place as well. There's even a recently built pithouse I believe you can rent, too. The camp host, Neil was outstanding. He was not only friendly and helpful, but also a historian eager to share detailed knowledge of the park. Thanks Neil!

Cozy, clean, spacious, only about a dozen full hookups.

Dogs are welcome. :) small greenspace for potty time. Bring a blanket for your dog at the campsite. Great, clean, spacious site. Showers available for those needing it for $1.50 in quarters.. Clean bathrooms. Great fire pits.

Great little campground with some places to explore. It isn't particularly big, with only 10 or so campsites. The RV spots are long and accommodated our truck and trailer. It has full hookups. There is a cabin you can stay in and I believe a pit house as well. From here, I walked the 5 miles loop around the park and explored most of the sites. We didn't use the bathrooms, so I can't speak to the facilities. There was firewood for sale by the armful. I would consider coming back here with a group to use the group site in the future.
