Sorry to say but the experience at Bandra store was super unpleasant yesterday. No covid precautions and the female staff was rude and didn’t care at all. After billing, my clothes were just kept on the cash counter and was told to take it without putting it in a bag. Then another salesgirl came and gave it to me as if she’s doing a favour. Am a shopaholic and have never experienced such an unprofessional approach ever. So you guys have just lost one customer. Cheers!

There’s always something that I fall in love with and buy at Nicobar Bandra . Inspite of having a small staff I must say Umair did a great job today while I was there. He was patient and supportive .. was even suggesting us what to check .

Love the Colaba store. The one at Bandra was disappointing. No Covid precautions were taken, no temperature check, clothes lying in piles, really hard to pick from. Also a very disgruntled staff except one sincere guy who seems to be bullied by two girls at the counter. He seemed to make an effort while the girls either didn’t care or threw their weight around. Some staff training is absolutely necessary to keep up to the brand name & experience. Also a lot of items that showed available at the Bandra store online were not actually availablewhen we walked in. Our items were billed even before showing us the final piece. When we insisted on a fresh piece there was so much resentment over everything we wanted to walk out. Finally they did us a favour and fixed it leaving the items at the counter and disappearing again. When we asked what next they asked if we needed bags and seems like they expected us to help ourselves. What a terrible experience. I’d have spent more time there but had to leave asap to get away from the unpleasantness.
