Corrupt corrupt corrupt Airlines and corrupt people.nnPNR-AETY5B and J6137P(Providing the PNR no.to show the authenticity of my frustration)nnSo I had booked my flights from Luckhnow to Port Blair and for Port Blair to Luckhnow.I was provided with connecting flights option.nnI got the message that the very starting flight i.e Luckhnow to Kolkata has been cancelled.The same was the case with the return flight.The flight from Kolkata to Luckhnow was also cancelled.nnI spoke to the customer care agent for the refund process and she told me it was initiated.When I did not get any refund.I called up to their customer care no.once again and then I get to know there has been no contact from my side which is bizarre because I have the full details of my contact with their executive.nNow yesterday when I spoke to their executive for the nth time they say their was no show so we can only provide you with no show refund.I mean how bizarre is that.How can I show up when the flights have been cancelled.nSuch corrupt company.Is this how you run ur airlines by looting your customers hard earned money.First book and then cancel and never refund.Above all this they never reply to emails.nMost corrupt airlines.

Are very greedy they change the flights destination on their own after the booking of ticket and when refund is asked the will not provide it if another ticket from the same flight u der the same name is not used . Even though it's there fault as the change the flights. Flight maintenance and driving is also worse. One of the worst flights.

Little bit improvement is required in Go Air's web check in process. When we open the site itnshows unexpected results, once check in interface will occur and suddenly it gets disappear.

Worst airlines ,worst staff, worst management in the whole universe..from my side 1 star is also more it should be actually zero..non professional airlines
