Pathetic Experience. These people are interested in selling product only. At time of sale they boast about service on a cal but actually after dales service is worst. Gym equipments need regular maintenance for upkeeping. whenever you call these guys for service is no response. Your equupment will get damaged but these guys will not turn up. Further behaviour of Shopkeeper and staff is also very bad. Really a worst store.

***WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE*****nPurchased a cross trainer on 3rd march. It started giving problem from day1. Then complaint was lodged with them on 21st march which was attended but response was not satisfactory. Thereafter a number of times complaint was lodged telephonically but there was no response at all. Machine is lying useless for want of repair. Today again i visited this showroom to make complaint. Behaviour of owner was very rude and he was no way ready to listen. He suggested me to go lodge complaint with manufacturer. Overall WORST EXPERIENCE. I dont suggest anybody to purchase anything from this showroom.
