Worst experience ever in any travel agency with prasanna purple. I've booked a trip. And on the journey day they said that they have cancelled bus because of lesser booking. Otherwise you have to travel via a other bus which was third class and they were offering me a last seat. And as per their policy they have also charged me the cancellation charges which were 15% of total fees which costed me about Rs2500 which were not acceptable because Cancellation was not from my side after a long argument they refunded full amount. And My request to Google please introduce your negative rating system.

Best to Travel with Purple always. They offer good sitting place, & on time pick up & drop.

Place is easy to locate. Person on counter do not share much details. They do not have debit card swiping machine or accept payment from UPI/paytm.
