Worst customer service. Very impolite and brattish behaviour by staff at Mitra Mandal branch. Pickup service wasn't provided by staff even after opting for it. Purple surely isn't the best bus service anymore. Other service providers are better.

Prasanna purple had very good service earlier but now even other travel companies are giving best service than purplenThey don't have reading lightnThey have tv which never works but can be used as mirrornWhen we ask driver for a TV to switch onnHe says we will wait for dinner then I will switch on tvnThey stopped bus for dinner at around 11.30 after that who will watch TV?nSuch a bad service

I was traveling to Akot from pune on 6th nov.. Bus was very neet n clean but punctured twice. I had to reach home as my grandmother has expired, not expecting early but atleast on time but this make me reach @3.15 pm more than 6hrs late and Could not able to see my grandmother for the last time. Highly disappointed .
