I had problems with order I placed. I called to try to explain that my order wasn't delivered day promised and I was overcharged $50 on my c/c. Peter was given phone and I TRYED to explain my issues. He interupted me and started talking over me. I could tell he was irritated for some reason. He told me that the day before the florist in California had ran out of flowers and was purchasing them today. What I was TRYING to get him to understand that after I was promised a delivery date of yesterday, noone called me to inform me of the change. They have my card on file for purposes of this nature. And I couldn't even get that out of my mouth of ask why I was charged over what I had agreed upon placing the order. He was talking loud and irritated. My intentions were to change the saying on the flowers card (since the event day had passed) and get the price adjusted to original agreement. But before I could explain my intents Peter yelled, FINE, I'LL JUST CANCEL YOUR ORDER. I asked him why he was being so rude. That is NOT how you do business. The ladies there have never treated me like that. And Jackie is very talented. But after how Peter spoke to me I won't EVER do business there again! Now the special event of my dying Mother's has passed with no flowers because of Enchanted Florist negligence.

Recipients of floral gifts were extremely pleased. I was pleased with the professional service in the store and the availability of gift offerings in the store. Definitely is the florist of choice.

I left Lewiston for Texas 29 years ago, but I still have family in Lewiston. Pete and the entire crew at Enchanted Florist have never disappointed with their attention to detail and genuine care with each of my orders. It is nice to get excellent personal care from 1500 miles away. I order flowers several times a year from Enchanted Florist and their arrangements always exceed my expectations. I highly recommend Enchanted Florist.

I live out of town. I called Enchantef Florist and ordered flowers for a friends Mom. The flowers were delived very timely. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. The florist was kind and helpful. I was extremely satisfied with everything!!
