This place is cheap quality. They charge premium price for cheap flowers and don’t even attempt to design what you want. I placed an order for a birthday cake arrangement(photo on site looked like a cake)for my wife and she received a normal arrangement with a candle stuck in it. Was asked to deliver it in the afternoon because she had something to do in the morning and they left it on the porch in the morning with no one home. Never again. Poor service!!!!

Called and ordered over the phone to pick up that same day. Ordered a deluxe “Teleflora’s Sapphire Sky” bouquet. Very nice staff on phone and in person. Upon arrival to pick up I was notified of a few flower substitutes they had to do and unfortunately they were out of the blue vase but they gave me a similar one that was still pretty. Bouquet was beautiful and so much better than anything you could get at a grocery store. Was a gift for my MIL and she loved it! Will be a repeat customer.

Not only do they provide beautiful and gorgeous arrangements they do it with love and care. We love Susan and the others.
