I always order our flowers for Mother’s Day early but this year where my mother lives there is no florist so delivery became a little complicated and no one could deliver on my requested date. The staff at Floral Expressions who are always my “Go To” florist went above and beyond to ensure that even though my brother and my flowers were going to be delivered after Mother's Day to our Mom; they made sure the flowers were perfect from the other florist. I always appreciate Floral Expressions on 23rd Ave personal attention whether it’s on the phone or if I go to the store. I live in a different city than Gainesville and spoke to Elizabeth over the phone about the arrangement I wanted to order for a friend in town. The arrangement I wanted was mostly pink; but the person I was ordering for loves orange and so I asked if she could modify the arrangement to have more orange flowers, etc. She was very accommodating. The person whom I ordered for received the flowers on the morning of the requested delivery date and five days later, the arrangement is still blooming very nicely and she could not be happier. She sent me pictures and the arrangement was wonderful. Kudos to Elizabeth for her excellent customer service into the staff for making a beautiful arrangement!

The most beautiful flowers I have ever seen from a florist! They were friendly, efficient, and were able to create one of the arrangements I picked out on their website! My experience with others has always been that they did not have the flowers in stock that they showed on their website which was very frustrating. Floral Expressions was able to deliver the same day, and I even received an email when they were delivered to the recipient.

DON'T HESITATE TO USE THIS FLORIST! I called wanting a delivery for the next day. It was extremely important for this to be a very, very nice arrangement. They came through in a big way! The arrangement was beautiful and it was a pleasure doing business with them. I will definitely use them again if I need a florist in this area!!

I came in the Friday before Easter looking for an arrangement of 4 dozen white flowers. Not only did they have them in stock but they were courteous and friendly. The arrangement was absolutely stunning and was ready on time. I will definitely be using them for any flower needs in the future.
