The showroom of Shiv Shakti Hero motorcycle which is in Madhubani, I think no worse hero showroom will be there in India than this. I bought 87000 from Hero Glamor bike Drum here on 31 December. I gave from the total payment check but did not accept my check said that will not take the check, yet there will be no payment in the bank. I was forced to pay the total cash payment.nThe most important thing is that this showroom is not giving away any gift on the occasion of New Year, even a glass of water or tea is not asked here. Inquiry system and all staff is smart over here. Customer does not matter for them. The worst experience was here. , Henceforth I would not advise anyone to take any car from here.

Very bad staff response... No one is prompt to attend a customer... They didn't even bothered to reply and help in choosing the bike.... Moreover staffs were busy in attending their personal calls. The worst thing was they simply denied to give a test drive for the vehicle... The worst hero experience... I hope hero motocorp choose a better showroom partners who value customers and not just casually encash the goodwill of HERO by doing nothing.
