The communication of the practice completely lets down all the hard work of the vets! My horse has had major surgery and has just come off box rest and I can’t get through to anyone regarding her plan moving forward. The vet last week should have come out ready to answer any questions I’ve had, instead I am left clueless of what I should be doing moving forward! I have had to ring every day and I just get told someone will ring me back. She hasn’t had small surgery where I can now just get on with things!!nnThis has been an extremely stressful and hard time which has been made more stressful and upsetting by the lack of communication I have received and guidance from the practice. It would seriously make me think twice about putting my horse here again.

Very kind vets and nurses. Kept up to date with progress on my horse during his stay, pre and post op last week. Also maintaining social distancing during this difficult time of Covid 19

Very helpful staff and the vet called me regularly to update on my horse's progress. Absolute luxury for him as well. It was a trek for us, but don't hesitate to take your horse.

Loyalty means nothing. Rang up weeks in advance to make a zone day appointment and I can't get one for nearly a month by which time the booster will be invalid. No understanding or apology from receptionist. I have now changed vets
