I took my new kitten to Cascade Heights and she's gotten great care from the beginning. I like that they have a package that includes everything a new pet needs at a bit of a discount. The only thing I would improve is the location - there are a few 'eccentric' characters that seem to hang around this particular block...
What you'd want any neighborhood small animal vet care office to be. Affordable care, caring, competent, and friendly staff; honest, highly capable vet.
The staff and vets here are fantastic. They're very caring and thorough. It's obvious that they love helping animals. They always bend over backwards to make sure my kitty has what she needs. It's been a bit rough getting in to see the vet with covid, but their drop off system works great. We were even able to get my kitty's dental work done without going broke. They're always careful to offer less expensive alternatives when they're available. I know my fur kid is getting the best care possible and I don't have to take out loans to do it.
Top notch service. Dr. Kraabel was very thorough and easy to talk to.
We love Dr. Paulson and team! They are so friendly, helpful and patient. We got a corgi puppy this summer and she loves visiting the vet — even on vaccine days! I appreciate that they haven’t pressured us to do anything overboard but also always take the time to explain the risks of certain medications, procedures, etc. Really fantastic vet and so appreciate every single person there!
