My cat had an upset stomach with sickness and diarrohea. I called and was greeted with a friendly approach from the outset. Appointment available the next day. The vet asked a number of questions, and took her time with these. Prescribed some medicine, and within 24 hours my cat was looking so much better. There was a follow up call to check how he was. An absolute 5-star service. Highly recommended, due to their care and attention.
Professional service, comfortable and clean interior is always available. I am very grateful for the qualified help and operation of my dog.
I must preface this review by saying that I have no issue with the actual medical care provided to my cats by this practice. However, I - like some others have stated below - feel that money is more important to Voo than the actual pet care. I also felt ripped off on a few different occasions, and our pet insurance is now maxed out and we had further costs close to £1k on top of that already. I also felt that they are not necessarily empathetic when it comes to presenting these charges (I did once cry in the surgery because of that). So all in all, good enough vet care but that's just not enough to be a good practice.
They are very kind and helpful with every enquiry. My cat passed and the kindness they showed us was above and beyond. I've gone here for other pets and I only have good things to say.
