Very bad experience ud83dude15. Had given to repair my mangalsutra. Instead they broke it and disfigured it. Also on first hand they delayed the service. Had to call so many times to ask if it had been done. Also when I went to pick it up it was already damaged to such an extent that it looks so ugly. And the shopkeeper said that it is not noticeable. Rude and untrained staffs are there who don't even know how to deal with customers.
