Gym is very good but too crowded.It is impossible to get daily PT sessions. If you can plan your own workout it is the best place. If you need daily PT sessions, they won't be able to arrange.

It's a very good Gym. But running after PT's is a major issue.

The gym is good. But the crowd is desi uttam nagar local. Which is not that good.

First Gold Gym was stated in Bombay in 1996, and 136 branches in throughout in India, it has only package basis like 6 months, One year , Two year..., Nr by me in Janak Puri A-1/295 2nd floor.. if new joinee belongs to any games and played on National level then 50% discount...
