Horrible experience, pathetic customer experience. I requested them to deliver a Oxymeter and thermometer at my aunts place in Sector 12. Made the paytm payment immediately and now they are not picking the phone and no reply on whatapp. During this Covid time they are the frontline workers, firstly selling the oxymeter at 3 times high and now no response.nnSir, wrt to your response, you have time to respond to Google review in 30 minutes but you have no time to acknowledge the receipt of payment made. You had assured that the delivery will be made in 30 minutes based on which payment was made then why did you accept the order ? I agree that you must be fully occupied but why did you commit to deliver in 30 minutes. I did mention that I'm ordering for my aunty who is a senior citizen who needs it immediately and I'm in Noida and can't e due to lockdown.
