The service was good but extremely delayed. Guests had to wait for minimum 15 -20 minutes to get their orders.nPortions served were not repeated especially desserts.nHowever the price was good.nBut having such large name the service could have been quicker

This place is 5 star hotel for a reason.nnOne time I went to collect my parcel left by a friend. I was a bit nervous because that was going to be my first experience of a 5 star hotel. Guess what? The ground staff were so friendly and nice. I didn't have to buy their services and my purpose was to collect that parcel and leave immediately yet they treated me like I was one of their most regular customers.

Have been a regular guest at the Hotel for work requirements. Recently have been staying here for long durations (4 to 7 days).Presently also staying here for last 3 days.These long stays could had turned in to a nightmare specifically from food point of view. However, thanks to cooks of the hotel like Kailash, OP, my long stays have become memorable. They have always gone out of the way by making dishes of my choice and taste to ensure that I am comfortable and don't miss home food. A big thank you to all the wonderful staff of the hotel.

My stay at Novotel was comfortable. Just because of Rohan Grover who gave us the nice cozy rooms with a good view. He assured all the things were in place for our stay. All thanks to him for wonderful stay. Will visit soon

Got rude receptionist Mr Rohan. Need to wait half an hour for check in. Will not recommend Novotel. Even cheaper hotels has warm welcoming staff.nnI am editing this review. Basically adding into it. I got a call from Hotel representative, they have viewed my feedback in a positive manner. They have assured me that the respective staff have been counselled. I hope the hospitality standard will be satisfactory at my next visit.
