I’m holding one saving account with 1ppf account with this branch. since I shifted to Dubai, I wanted to close this account. Many times I visited the branch to request close this account but no one is helping me out. I’m trying to call them nobody answering the phone, is there anyone who can get me the reachable number so that I can talk to them and I can request them again to close my account.

Visited my SBI Branch ,Sec 10 Dwarka with some issue in my saving account where I wasnReferred to Mr Rakesh Jha who solved thenProblem very nicely.He was very courteousn& helpful.

After so many years today I visited state bank of india sector 10 branch dwarka which was same as before. I was not in hope of getting my work done but I was really impressed by the working style of Ms Amita . She is not only did my work quickly but also respond to my queries with great interest. She also listened to few more people patiently and guided them with best of her knowledge. I really appreciate her dedication works. She is a star of the branch. Keep this spirit in you ma'am ' Hats off to you who changed my perception towards government banks.
