Bank giving very bad service pls note April 29th I have visited your Janak puri branch and given a request for closing my below account, Bank person checked my account and tell I have 970 minus balance so I deposit 1000 rupees immediately in my accountnnAttached cash receipt for your reference but so far my account not closed and I keep on receiving messages for a low balance.nnWhy you people not giving importance to your customer since morning I have called 50 times to the Janak puri branch +9111 40701305 at the first time they picked the call and asked me to call back after five minutes since then it seems they do not want to answer anything.nnRequest you again if you not closed my A/c pls closed it immediately thanksnnRgdsnBirjesh Sharma

RBL Credit card department is complete fraud. Someone has tried to debit my card. I complain about transition. They confirmed that transatlantic was unsuccessful and the amount has not deducted. He asked me to block card and ask for new card.nnI did the same thing. In the next statement, he added that transaction and forcing me for payment.nnI request everyone to stop using RBL bank and credit card immediately.nnRbl is complete fraud bank and it can fraud with anyone, anytime

Worst experience with RBL bank. I've applied for open a current account. Amount is deducted. It's more than 15 days, but still don't get my account number.

Totally Worst service of this bank they dont have a commitment value they just give a fake commitments dont go with RBL and specially with this branch

Illiterate People Working there specially the Branch Manager he Dont know how to talk he thinks that he is the owner of the bank u Can go for any purpose they only have 1 Answer. we are not authorized to do this and he answers in a very rude Manner Pathetic customer service. Branch Manager is such and idiot person
