I feel it's over priced and then the staff is not professional. Now why this? it's because they don't give u the honest advice and try to bluff. Suggest, don't go by the looks but think before you actually take a service from this salon.

I used this salon for getting ready for my engagement, it took them 3.5 hours for the same, they had no power backup for when the lights were gone, the makeup was patchy in an hour after it was done. Even my dark circles were clearly visible, my hairstyle was loose and the pins were coming out.nReally disappointed with the service.

Just a quick note of thanks, having used lots of salons around the bharuch area. On both occasions I have used the salon , the service has been excellent from both Nikhil and yesterday from Ajay. Both delivered a no fuss, very relaxing service with excellent results. The price is good too. All done in a friendly atmosphere.”

Poonam is a wonderful salon the staff are fantastic and really go out of their way to make client feel welcome and wellcared for .each and every member of staff though from the through to the recipient staff and style colour directors are just lovely always making and effort to make my time at the salon great one .
