No manners to talk with cusotmers.. one perosn saying he the manager havimg no manners how to talk with ladies and customers.. i bought one kurti which was having some defect at the time of purchase i did not recognised that defect.. Day after tomorrow when i approached to replace the defected item the staff argued badly with me and told that i have made defect in this kurti .. Worst place and behaviour of staff..need to improve it otherwise citi mart will pay for this..
