It was my first trip to Manali. I searched a lot and read numerous reviews. At last I booked this property. It was a fine stay. Rooms were amazing. Hygiene was below average as I had to request room service to change the pillow covers again when we checked in. Anyways I still rate this hotel as one of best properties in Manali.nnFew staffs who were helping and realy need some appreciationnReception person , Restaurant StaffnnThanks for the complementary tea. ONE More thing - Please go for lunch or dinner in this property.

Best property in Manali. I stayed there 3 days. I booked Deluxe room and they upgraded me to luxury themselves without any charge. Everything was awesome. What I liked most was the electric blanket. Even at -1 degree, the room was at normal temperature. Although, the staff doesn’t wears mask, which is must during covid times.

One of the best resorts to stay. The view from the balcony are awesome, especially during snow.nnEasy checking and rooms are very clean and well maintained.nnThe beds have inbuilt blanket warmers so that's very huge plus point, it's heats as per your preference to keep you warm in cold days. They don't charge you for blanket warmers. They will only charge if you need room heaters.nnBreak fast is good with limited options. The chef's prepares good food, didn't have any issues with taste or portion quantity

We booked family room with balcony. The view from the room was amazing. Staff was very courteous and cooperating.nThe buffet was also good although quantities were bit limited.nThey also provided electric blanket which was very comfortable.nThe menu pricing was also fair not very overpriced.nOverall we had a very pleasent stay would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was good out there.. Veg part was good but their non veg food preparation is very bad.. below average.. disappointed with that and secondly there was no proper arrangement for parking vehicles over there.. They need to work for that
