As evident by its name, the Valley of Flowers is known for its vast diversity of alpine flowering shrubs located in the western Himalayas. The place is a part of the larger Nanda Devi Biosphere Reserve in Nainital, Uttarakhand. The valley is covered with snow from October till March, but as the summer arrives, the valley is turned into a palette of colorful flowers that covers the entire landscape.

Beautiful valley, lush, vast, and filled with colours, and vibes. I would love to take someone over here to enjoy the Winter breeze, while she's wearing lovely floral head band, and seraphic smile on her luscious lips.

Lovely valley of flowers, vibes, and fields of lush green land segments, where fairies dance in the sunshines, and the stars kneel in the night, swimming in the crystal clear water of the river, filled with the moonlight. This is the place where familes, and the people come to sit in the colourful tents, by the river, and watching the stars.

Famous for its exotic varieties of medicinal herbs, it is also believed that Hanuman brought Sanjivani to the ailing Lakshmana from the valley of flowers. A perfect place to laze around the umpteen number of Himalayan water-falls, streams and paddocks and let the beauty of the place sink in.

The Valley of Flowers is a national park located in the upper reaches of the Himalayas, in the state of Uttarakhand is a must visit tourist place in India. The park is a true paradise for botanists and anybody else who loves the glory of nature. It stands true to its name, with several species of exotic flowers to be seen here.nnWhile for the most part the valley remains covered with snow, during the summer months, it comes alive with a riot of colors which makes it one of the most beautiful places in India. Expectedly, it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. But you need to cover a slightly difficult trek in order to feel the bliss of this national park.
