It's an amazing Trek. We had started from Dehradun and concluded in Sangala, in 7 days. Beautiful scenery, very nice local people, huge mountains..icy cold water, tent, sleeping bags, hot soup and Maggie. It's medium difficult trek, if you can maintain sufficient for water in your body then you can complete it easily.
