Santosh Tours n Travels

I am confused, how these ppl call themselves as tours and travels.. Google should have some negative star ratings which these p deserve.. I had booked a package tour to Tirupati from this operator. They charged 1500 for weekend. They claimed to provide room for fresh up with shampoo soap n towel, vip ticket to be borne by us, to n fro charges, lunch and breakfast.nnWorst part is, apart from 5 ppl nobody else belonged to package tour in our bus. They were one sided journey to Tirupati. We were merged to greenline tours and travels ppl.nnThey were least bothered to attend us, as we were from other travelsnWe were provided room. But there was no hot water, no soap, shampoo nothing.nWhen we questioned they said it's solar conneo it will take more time to get hot water.nnWe had old aged and small children who suffered from chill water bath. The guide was so ride on us. Upon questioning he said I am just helping u. If u have problems then contact your service provider.nnWhen we called the service provider his answer was to go according to the guide's instructions.nnWe were made to wait on roads without proper guidance. Lunch was provided at 5:30pm. Was this lunch or snacks?nnThe food provided was so horrible my stomach was affected with gastritis.nThe bus which got us left without even picking us. Finally we had to come in greenline travels sitting in the back row breaking all our backbone during journey.nnGreenline bus did not even bother to wait for us during dinner. They said you are not from our travels. If you want dinner then sit and eat. Later come in your own transportation.nnWhat sort of package tour this was?nnIf you do not have capacity to operate, please do not call yourself as tours and travels. We decide to take train or our car for next time .nHorrible experience by Santhosh travels.nnI have provided only outline of the scenario. Any clarifications I can provide complete details of this experience.nMy humble request to all tourist members.nnNever book this travels and suffer in middle.
