I have visited your applo pharmicy in kr puram I have been telling to fill the hand sanitizer from last visit but same staff are so latigic in ther duty not bother to fill the sanitizer in this pandimic telling no stock mr.sayed by name no responce from such usless staff working with out mask inside the applo store emigine hole day how many customer will visit the store touching the EDC mechine & you applo people held responsible spreading the covid 19 if this repeat next time I will give complaint to BBMP and police station

Bought an oximeter just now,the oximeter came without batteries..and the batteries are so small that none of the batteries at home work in it. In a situation like this,if the batteries are missing from the box, although the box clearly states it comes with batteries,it just becomes helpless. Being in the pharmacy industry,you guys are so irresponsible.nnWhoever purchasing anything from here,kindly check if everything is right.

Very Worst staff, Even though 4 people inside, there is no response to the single customer, There is one thin lady. If I ask any medicine like Dolo, B complex, Limcee Always respond with the answer. No no no. Waste of this medical store here. Very worst staff. Lazy people they don't want to spend there energy to get medicine from box and also no one using mask.

Purchased a lotion from k r puram Apollo pharmacy today. By the time we reached home the lotion started leaking from the packet. We didn’t open the seal of that packet and even didn’t see the bottle inside. When I approached the shop the staff who attended me started talking rudely telling that I have broken the packet and trying to return it. That person was telling the same thing in front of other customers so many times. When I told him to mind his words he again started talking very badly. I am not worried about the money I lost but the insult I faced there. If I did a mistake I will accept it and I will not go back. I never told them that they gave me damaged product. But still....... And I exchanged another ointment taken along with lotion. For adjusting that amount I took one more item also. But they didn’t give me the bill for that telling it will come to your account. What account which account ? I never expected such an experience from Apollo pharmacy that being India’s most trusted brand.
