The pharmacy chain of Apollo is good and has most of the medicine available but they lack that Customer Centricity and do not raise the bar there. The cashiers have a basic knowledge of salts and medicine and the brand needs to correct the hiring process or incorporate training and development of the executives. A long way to go for Apollo in fetching 4 stars as above mentioned are serious issues. Also they lack a smile on their faces.

I called them to know if sanitisers are available and they confirmed yes. But after visiting they are selling local brand and are charging high price. They are not providing any bill. I had urgency and bought it else I would completely avoid buying

One of the worst pharmacy in this area...nBought 10 Dolo 650 & 1 Menthoplus. They collected 50 rupees. I asked for the bill & once printed it showed 48 rupees.nnHow these guys are cheating customers. When I asked them to return 2 rupees. I got 1 rupee + 1 chocolate. I am not sure it's medical shop or a tea shop. I threw back the chocolate with them & gave my piece of mind with the guy & lady working in there..nnVery Bad... There are many ways to make money. But not like this...
