Picked up a cycle for my 2 year old. The salesman (Ajay Shrivastav) guided us with a lot of patience and information to the fullest. I recommend the shop to all parents looking to buy cycles or toys at reasonable rates. Must visit!

This shop had been my choice for last few years and bought few items for both my kids but this time it was different. I had a very bad experience with them while buying a walker for my kid yesterday. I chose to buy one the best ones they had for 3k while they start from 600rs onwards. Inspite of repeatedly asking the staff to check for all contents properly as I live far and it's raining everyday, upon reaching home I found the actual seat is missing. Upon messaging the owner, he directly denied at first stating staff had checked but then agreed to sort it following day and have sent to friends shop nearby. Today morning I had a message again saying staff had checked and it was given which made me feel really disgusted as a customer indirectly accusing me of lying over something that cost 100 Rs. Upon calling the phone was handed to employee who didn't admit his mistake hence I asked them to show me recording since shop has CCTV. After arguing he finally agreed to give me the seat but said we don't have enough staff asking me to go all the way in rain. Just on my way again wasting 2 hrs of my family time on a Sunday. I don't have complaint about quality or price but how you conduct business and value your customers words and treat them. Which they badly failed on in my opinion. Please ensure to check contents if ur not buying display items as it unnecessary hassle.

Its been always our favourite shop. Very reasonable prices and good quality products. You get lot of Variety.

Was surprised to see such huge variety at most reasonable prices in market my son loved you bike I bought porwal made Diwali thanks and will definitely visit again
