Never take your biker here for servicing ,nI went there with my giant roam 3, I had a tornnTyre hence I asked him if he had genuine replacement he said no hence I told him to do a normal service, he deliberately tried to fit some cheap tyre which he had without my permission and in the process broke my rear tyre spoke and told me that it was broken already. Then he did not even have equipment to fix back the tyre and in doing some adjustments lost some of the bearings on the tyre. Funny part is he even blamed that on me.nI had to take my bike to giant store cost me 3000 rs for the damages done. Giant technician told me that my rear tyre would have been completely damaged If I had driven the cycle in same state. Hence stay away from this store if you care for your bikes
