Good collections, Good staff support.. their own factory made bag's, also assured discounts.. I have done 3 purchase in 6months from there.nnOne bitter experience is Once I purchased model of paragon shoes didn't used it for few time, It was for morning walk, When I used recently it was defective.. only after using it for the first time I knew it was defective.. few days ago I went their for a repair option(the lady in cash)nthey don't talk about it , took it back or exchanged , Even I purchased a New shoes in case of no repair & exchange I got only a normal discount,nnOn both past purchases I was very Impressed by the friendly behaviour of the owner shop staff so I didn't make any complaints.nIt's a good Family shope. But this incident was very disappointing for me personally. But the shop is still good for purchase for all, I hope they will handle such customer issues with care in future.!
