Not Professional , not responsible and absolutely stupid ...the Store front people doesn't know how to behave and have no knowledge about mobiles .

Professionally qualified thieves here to loot us.. I went there my phone doesn't ring when someone calls.. they checked my phone and told that the phones circuit board is defective and need to be replaced and it will cost around 1500 rs..nI left there and contacted local mobile shop , they checked and told me that there is some problem with the software and the phone needs to be rebooted and they done for just 100 rupees..nnSo guys please take a second opinion before handing over the phone for repair

I would like to rate 0 if possible. They dont know about customer dealing. They never answer the calls. Very poor service and worst customer experience.
