Quality fuel
One of the largest petrol pumps in Kerala
Good
There are multiple petrol pumps for easy access. The premises is very vast so that we can relax in their. There will be no delay in filling gas. The air pressure checking area I also very big. Multiple vehicles can check their tyre pressure at the same time for free. Rest room and toilets are also good. Looks neat and clean
Even though the petrol pump has very good facilities and infrastructure, I had a very bad experience from an employee in your company. This is not the first time, I have experienced the attitude problem from that particular person, twice or thrice I had the same experience. Today, when I went there, this particular person made me wait there for long time when he was talking to his friend there... Because of this treatment to me, I just left the petrol pump and filled the fuel from the near by petrol pump... This particular employee is a Mallu employee... I'm really feeling bad, as I'm also an employee of a Company dealing with customers... I'm a regular customer of your company and because of these people, I don't feel like coming there... All the North Indian employees are dealing well... Please consider this comment...
