I bought a Chimney worth 20K from here. It has been 6 days and no one has bothered to come up for installation despite calling them on a daily basis. Each day they will have a different excuse. Currently our interior works are pending because of them, they will cancel the warranty if someone else installs it. Only their technician should install the product for a fee of Rs.500 which was not conveyed during the time of purchase. Within a week of buying the product, I know how bad Faber's after sales experience is. I do not recommend this brand to anyone who wishes to have a hassle free service experience.nnUpdate: After a week of continuous calling, they finally came and installed the product. They'll charge you extra 1100 for the Chimney tube, 500 for installation and extra 400 for drilling the hole for the Chimney tube.nnP.S: The installation of the Chimney is just placing it on 2 screws which they charge 500 and say it goes towards the company for warranty. Then extra cash for the tube and drilling a hole for it. Seriously? After paying a good amount of money for the product. What a good way of fooling your customers with false advertisements.

Cordial staff, location is spot on with good parking and easily accessible. Display is quite good though options are bit limited.
