Dell Exclusive Store

Absolute disaster. Sale of cheap quality computers under the brand name of Dell. Dont provide with original Windows OS in new computers. Hardware is also totally unreliable. Got my system repaired 6 times in 2 years. After sales services is also pathetic. Please look for better shops or assembled Pc.

Poor service and poor customer satisfaction i came there to fix a problem related to storage of my dell laptop in varanty period the person in the shope is forcing to sell me a ssd he didn't tell me about contacting service center or about nearest service center he just try to make commission by selling an article any way this is a bad way of business you are not try to solve the problem you are just trying to sell another article

One of the places you don't want to visit again. Not many models on display. Owner mainly concentrate on shop next to it which sells computer peripherals and cctv. He certainly seems like not want to sell any dell for sure. Having visited many exclusive stores this was one of rare shops where seller don't even want to show a demo piece. If you are looking for dell, go elsewhere or try their online store. Two stars just for Dell.
