An excellent place to rent bikes and explore Alleppey. They have a variety of options to choose from and the bikes were well maintained and in great condition. The prices they offer are competitive too. It's good to agree on the renting hours, terms & conditions beforehand to avoid any last minute surprises. The owner Mr. Kamar was polite and understanding. A good overall experience with renting bikes. Will take their services again.

They provided us with an amazing service and they were the most polite and humble people I have met in a while. When me and my friend went to their store to rent a bicycle, I realised that they didn't have one for my size, as I needed a short bicycle. So they did something that made me the happiest customer ever: They actually bought me a new ladybird cycle from a nearby cycle shop. They took me and my friend to the cycle shop with their car and asked me to select a model of my choice. I selected a purple ladybird and Maria (the lady at New Seiko tours store) drove it back to the cycle store while me and my friend got there by car. Maria was very sweet and she clicked photos and videos of me and my friend while riding the bicycle. The cycles that we rented were amazing and very well maintained. We had an amazing experience, thanks to the outstanding service provided by New Seiko tours. I'll never forget this experience and I'm very grateful. I would love to visit again to avail their services and would definitely recommend it.
