The worst ever experience. While journey from Indore to Pune on 07/05/2021 by Raj ratan travells. Driver and supporting staff was fully drunked. On the way near Sendhawa, in an incident of overtaking bus driver of Raj ratan travell beat other person. A police case was lodged and in this entire episode from 11 pm till morning all the passanger a were asked to stay on road . Senior citizens, ladies, small kids ill persons were waiting on road at midnight. Driver was detained by Sendhawa policenAbsulutly NO support was given by Raj Ratan office. All the passanger were left on the road. Arrogant police officials at Sendhawa Gramin police station, insted of supporting needy passanger, dint even allowed senior citizens to sit on benches in Police station premises.nAnd no responsible person from Raj Ratan travells was ready to help the poor passangers.nnAnd all this things was happening from 11 pm to 3.40 am. Still there is no clue, when the proper arrangement is going to be done by Raj Ratan...so called reputed travel company.ud83dude21

No preparedness in terms of Covid pandemic, not equipped with sanitizer, mask etc. Poor cleanliness as the curtains had gutkha stains.
