I'm sorry for using this word. But really Bank of India is a useless bank in the Bhadohi (SRN) city. No one responsible for the customers. totally careless. They are not follow government's rule they are not sport "DIGITAL INDIA". They are not want make digital India. I have submitted four times all types KYC in my branch BOI Bhadohi for new ATM & Net-Banking too. And 50 to 70 times mailed them. but no one resolve my problems. Totally Useless ...............
