Worst experience related to charges and staff behavior. And all the services only the consultant person is and doctor give u suggestions other all are blanks about the work. They can't confirm a single thing that at what time they should give you the reports even from here the problem starts. And they are charging like we people are from very rich family not considering the poor people that how they will service if they such highly costly treatment. Requesting for please give good service and cheap treatment to the needy people. They have big faith on you don't take advantage of poor people they come because they don't have option. Only money matter here nothing else. Please stop this.

Satisfied with all the treatment..well maintained, polite and efficient staff, clean and hygienic infrastructure with latest technology, good doctors and economical treatment. The waiting time is more because of a large number of patients other than that its the best place to get treatment.

Worst staff ever...service is very slow...they discharge patient without remove saline needle it shows careless about nurse....Doctors are good but male ward staff careless.. they give us medicine prescription and we buy it from outside but nurses never used once.. they take payment time to time in payment case they never compromise and for service slow, pathetic, staff very arogant...nNci focus only abt interior and other services but patient suffers alot lot lot...if you go only for opd u hv to spend your whole day...if your patient get discharge @1pm but officially patient will go 10pm because of file work etc...

My name is Sushil I wish to share my experience as feedback for the betterment of the institute my relatives was NCI patient and he dealing with cancer l have seen many problems in the institute but some humble and honest employees in the institute like security incharge Mukund lambat thanku sir for encouraging and provide good and satisfactory service to us All staffs are so helpful specially Mayur naydu who guide me very well and cooperative me when I was face problem related to treatment he was very supportive thanku sirnThanks NCI for world class facilities provided in Nagpur I am very satisfied with in service and Doctor specially Murtaza Bohra sir thanku for cooperation and too humble and too polite he guide us wellnAll staff are very supportive nice atmosphere aarogya Mitra like help us to poor people awesome experience
