Really beautiful arrangements! I called less than a week before Mother's Day and gave pretty little guidance over the phone. The flowers they delivered were absolutely gorgeous. They looked really healthy, and the bouquets were beautiful and full. So grateful for their keen eye for arrangements. Will definitely purchase flowers here again!

I was getting estimates for my wedding and took the time to make an appointment to go in and discuss what I was thinking, colors, flowers, etc. I met with her on 11/3. After a few weeks of not hearing back, I texted a few times requesting an update. No answer. I texted again requesting an update on the estimate as I needed to make a decision on vendors. I received a message back right before Xmas, stating I would get more information the day after as she had been very busy with the holiday season. Understandable. That was the last time I heard from her.nnAs of 2/17, I still haven't gotten an estimate or any additional updates on what we had discussed. I had to make a decision and move forward with another vendor as my wedding is 6 months away. If you weren't interested in giving me an estimate or couldn't do what I was asking, all you had to do was let me know. Instead, you ignored a potential customer for months only to never provide an estimate as originally discussed. Disappointing.

Last Tuesday, I decided to visit my cousin, and I wanted to give her a bouquet. What I did is, I passed by in your flower shop. I was so happy when your staff gives me such wonderful and fresh flowers. My cousin was overwhelmed with the nice bouquet. It was a great service, indeed!

Kathryn is always so pleasant and easy to work with. She made everything easy for my grandfather and myself when picking out flowers for my grandmother's funeral.
