It's very auspicious to visit this temple specially on Tuesday and Saturday. The main diety of this temple is Lord Hanuman with five heads called as Panchmukhi Hanuman. The Panchmukhi Hanuman is facing towards South and hence considered as very lucky to pay obeisance here. Behind Panchmukhi Hanuman there is Shri. Shani Dev idol also. So when you visit this temple you also get to pay obeisance to Shri. Shani Dev. Apart from various Lord Ganesh temples in Sangli, this temple is also must see if you are religiously inclined.
