The staff is often rude to the patients. Not very diligent with their duties. If the doctor wasn't good and kind, we would've never visited them again. We had an appointment at 1 , the receptionist made us wait for more than an hour , and allowed other people to go first. The doctor should get a more friendly and easy going staff.

Doctor is really kind and his medicines work like magic. Only the staff is so rude and receptionist have no ethical manners at all. Really Rude staff. Doctor, I request you to please manage your waiting list in order and properly. Receptionist are quite annoying.
