Very clean, well maintained domestic airport with super helpful staff.nArriving 1 hour before scheduled flight is more than sufficient to clear all the checks even during busiest period.

It is a small upcoming airport on the way of growth. Good potential. Good facilities for airport of its size. Clean well maintained. Road from the city leading to airport needs to be widened and improved.

SMALL & BEAUTIFUL AIRPORT.nNEAT & CLEAN INSIDEnENTRANCE LAWNS ARE BEAUTIFULnWELL MAINTAINED BY STAFF.nnI FOUND INDIGO STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND THE ARE EDUCATING FIRST TIME FLYING PASSENGERS.nnCRPF STAFF ARE VERY LAZY. ONE STAR RATING IS MORE FOR THEM.

Airport is good. Basics available.nnTransfer to city is difficult. Ola is available but takes time to reach. Local transport (taxi) not dependable. Even if available, not organised and regulated. Autos are available though.nNo public transit options seen.

It was nice to experience small, least hassles quick airport after being used to of mostly many major airports of India regularly. With very few small aircrafts flights at the airport, check-in/security drills were easy and fast. Terminal building is reasonably clean, toilets OK; and waiting area is with basic seating facilities. About 20-25 minutes drive from the Belgaum city centre, the airport is not conveniently connected with public transport system, though private cabs and autorickshaws are available at the airport. Cabs charges from/to airport are negotiable with the drivers. Parking is free for private cars/vehicles coming for pick-up/drop of family/friends.
