Had a very bad experience with ferns and petals ... ordered cake ,jade plant and a wall mount picture frame one week before the desired delivery date but tilll the day the frame was not delivered...spoke to mr asish in the afternoon and miss garima in the evening but both are useless.asish asssured that he would get cake and plant replaced as they delivered a wrong cake and sent a plant with broken stems but he didn't. Garima is further useless,she said she can only apologise for the delay and wanted us to wait for two three days more for the frame to be delivered saying it's a courier issue.whats the logic behind them sending confirmation after receiving payment if the gift is not delivered on a particular day.she refused to let us speak to her senior and also said we cannot get a refund if we cancel the order of the frame. My money has been wasted. Worst experience ever! Not a trustworthy site anymore! Giving one star as it is the minimum requirement else I do not wish to give this also.nTHE ABOVE MESSAGE IS IN REFERENCE TO THE DELIVERY SERVICE OF FERNS AND PETALS ROURKELA

They are super helpful. I made a last minute request in the closing time, they delivered beautifully. The roses looked fresh and beautiful.
