Worst experience ever in any hair salon. I called them before leaving home and specially booked the time. In salon, hair dresser was not ready, waited for 30 mins as they requested. After that they asked to wait 15 mins more. Then I Got to know that they messed with other client hairs and client was shouting on them and they were trying to please with their excuses. Please go there if you want to waste your time and Money.

Very Pathetic experience, I went there with my wife for hair wash. The guys don't have proper hair dryer parts due to which very hot air was blown and even the water they used for washing the hairs was very hot in the beginning and then it was very cold. Also they was keep on insisting for the hair cut even after denying number of times. While drying the hair the person was not drying hair smothly and was keeping pulling the hair very badly. Very bad experience, I have also visited the Matrix in Chandigarh it was very good as compared to Matrix in Hoshiarpur. No trained and professional people.

Third Class service ... BIG ATTITUDE PROBLEM OF STAFF ... they dont even know how to wash hair ... dont waste you money and time ... go donate your hard earn money else spending here...
