Got my A70 touch screen changed. They charged 7000/_ rupees and give me faulty touch screen. Which now they are not in a mood to change.

Service really realy bad . 2'3 week old phone can't repair ,asking money for repairing ..take the phone inside didn't open in front of us later they said water inside how is possible new phone but phone working really well accept power button,guys don't know how to talk Customer they said go in consumer court, we will talk our lawyer, stop Samsung if no services

Very good and fast service. they replaced my J7 mobile screen in just half day. Staff is too much co-operating with customers.
