I had a Pathetic Experience with Gulab Furniture, Jaipur Road. We had given 6 Chairs for cushioning which we had bought from the shop years ago. The Shopkeeper asked us to choose the cloth from the pattern diary. We selected one. He asked his employee and said these are not available and he showed some patterns which he said were available and again we chose one. He told us, it will be ready. after 2 days, we called via phone but he didn't pick. As we live nearby, I went again to the shop. He told the cloth we chose the 2nd time also was not available and it will take 3-4 days to come. I asked him specifically, if it will be done if we wait another 4 days. He ensured us that it will be done. We went to the shop 3 times just to enquire about our cushioning of chair. Today it has been 10 days. Nothing was done about our job given. When we went the 4th time, he showed us few cloths which looked like rags or sack cloths and asked us to chose those. I was furious by now and told him that we won't chose anything just for the sake of getting the work done. Finally, we brought our chair cushions as we gave them.nSo, I would say Hideous and pathetic customer service and sense of responsibility. I will never buy anything or get any work done by this shop. Had the worst experience of my life. I wish I could give a negative star if possible.
