Too many rounds just for a eye checkup. Not satisfactory!! We do have our works too. Being a responsible citizen it is my duty to let people know what they are doing and how it affects others. A single eye checkup doesn't require 3-4 rounds to the Ophthalmologist, I think. So overall the service is Okay but it could be made better as it is too much time consuming just for a single eye checkup Doctor calls us 3-4 times and we have to wait in queue for 1 hr for seeing the doctor. That's really disappointing. That's all about it. Thanks.

Staff is pure fraud. We went their for our daughter's eye checkup. The doctors were not present and accidentally we met to a supporting staff. The lady came out with numerous eye defects just by using a torch. This is miraculous. Later she wrote down two three random medicines and accompanied us till medical store to make sure whether we are completely looted or not. Later we went to bhargava eye hospital, their it was disclosed everything is fine.

Doctor is good.nBut staff is so rude and don't have manners to talk.nIf you are looking rich then you don't have to wait for check-up. They will add your name in their priority list.

Doctor mam and Staff are friendly, careful and professional. Good facilities are available at reasonable prices. It was quite good experience , rare to find.
