Beautiful place to spend evening with friends & family.Though we had bitter starting because of one of the untrained & unprofessional behaviour of waiter ( vijay kumar thakur ) but General Manager Mr Nagaraju Rao really made it a wonderful experience all together starting with food ,his personal touch with hospitality & ambience . Special Thanks to Mr Nagaraju Rao for making the evening splendid.

Swarna restaurant is beautiful..but menu was limited and rates are very high. Food was ok ..not so good. MRP of water bottle was only 65but they charged 165 and GST EXTRA.nnI WILL NOT SUGGEST.

Taste was not according to the bikaner level but the service was nice ..nOverall location was nice and the ambiance was amazing...cleanliness was upto the mark

After staying for six days I will say the maintenance is bad. The service is okay. When you approach the desk they have the excuse for every thing. The attitude of the staff at the front desk require improvement. The behaviour and attitude is not up to the desired standard. Not at all guest friendly.
