Very pathetic and unexpected services by hotel ,i booked delux room from MMT (Make My trip ) App from 30 dec - 2 Jan fr family and i saw good pictures on app whatever MMT provided so on that i booked and even paid extra for view and brkfst and dinner as we were exited to celebrate new yeaa after pandemic as we are from Mumbai and when i reachd at hotel on 30-12-2020 around 3 PM the hotel shown us standard room i stead of delux room of our booking and says this room is only standard room and no view so i contacted MMT and becz of low network in gangtok the call with customer services of MMt connected late and issue aslo they were not solving because the arguments were happening betwen MMT and hotel manager (the lady who is very oversmart ) and till 7 PM in the night me and my family were still at lobby waiting to resolve the issue and hence my mother was feeling sick then i decided to stay for a night watever room they are giving and i will tell MMT to change next day so this was half part of problem another problem there was no hysset working no wifi working and main thing i had booking for 2 rooms one is triple occupncy and one is double occupancy and i pod money as per that only triple occupancy extra money that double so obviously mattress they have to provide and the worst part is they even not ready to provide mattress also and at dinner tym worst dinner ever and that time the manager lady said we will give services as per the money we received from Make my trip now i paid amount to MMT and if MMt is giving less to hotels then thatz not customers fault , literally i seriously wont recomment this hotel atlst with the family cz the lady is useless and mannerless simply and good for nothing waste of time .

Really humble staff,great food,great location excellent place to stay
