Worst hotel ever. People are fraud, rooms are dirty. A place worse than this would be difficult to find. Beware of this one, people.

Very bad service. Food is not hygienic. Waiters and owners have no integrity. They served hair in my soup and made us pay even after complaining.

palkhil hotel is the best class hotel in sikkim (gangtok). room are the best decorated by the art ,room services are best class. this hotel also have bar & restaurant , price are to low like you enjoy 3 star hotel service & you pay 1 star price. location also in a hot place just opp of bus stnd .nnall most this hotel are the best .
